It seems like Arnie's son has definitely made it. The paparazzi were all over Patrick Schwarzenegger in Beverly Hills. The young Schwarzenegger also appears to have started really hitting the weights and we here at The Heartthrob Hero definitely appreciate that. Patrick Schwarzenegger is certainly Heartthrob Hero approved.
