Super Mario Götze

Unless you follow the German Bundesliga football league, chances are you probably haven't heard of Mario Götze until now. Hunky Mario plays midfield for Borussia Dortmund. That probably doesn't mean a whole lot to you, I'm sure. Mario seems to be getting a whole lot of international attention as of late though, mostly due to these recent vacation snaps. Let's just say it's quite evident that Mario is having a really good time and he really doesn't seem afraid to show it. And let's be honest, if you were packing that much, you probably wouldn't mind showing it off either. Super Mario, indeed!

Marky Mark's Still Got It

Hard to believe that Mark Wahlberg is actually looking better than ever after a 20+ year career in the public eye. Having first burst onto the scene as the adorable younger brother of Donnie from New Kids on the Block, Mark launched a career of his own as Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. When the "Good Vibrations" wore off, Mark switched things up and made the transition into the acting world. Having starred in such blockbusters as 'Boogie Nights', 'The Italian Job', 'The Departed', 'The Fighter' and most recently, 'Ted', Mark Wahlberg has cemented his place as an A-list Hollywood film star. However, let's not forget about his A-list Hollywood biceps that are on display in these recent snaps.

Interview - Mike Schiemer: Frugal Fitness Guru

Chances are if you've ever searched for any fitness tips or workouts on Youtube, you're probably very familiar with the sexy Mike Schiemer and his Frugal Fitness brand. You see, Mike does just about everything. In addition to running his popular Frugal Fitness Youtube channel and website, he's a writer, personal trainer, nutrionist, fitness model, exercise physiologist and in his words an "epic cheapskate". We enjoy seeing this hunky Bostonian demonstrating cost effective workouts and fitness tips, so we were over the moon when we were able to bring you this interview. Enjoy!

1. When did you first become interested in health and fitness?

Mike: I have always been really into health and fitness, I remember lifting 2 lb weights when I was about 6 years old and doing pullups at playgrounds. I started doing gymnastics when I was 7 years old and that involves a ton of strength, flexibility, and explosive power. I got pretty good at it and won a couple state championships before retiring at the old age of 13. I started weight training for the first time when I was 14 and I got hooked, I started to help others get in better shape, and I decided to pursue a career in fitness for the past 10 years including getting personal training certifications, a degree in exercise physiology, and writing a book (The Frugal Diet).

2. How did you come up with the idea for Frugal Fitness?

Mike: I've always been a miserly meathead, so very into health and fitness but also never wanting (or being able in many cases) to spend much or any money. From gymnastics, exercise physiology studies, and makeshift gyms/workouts, I learned that you can get incredible workouts and results without having all the expensive equipment and big gyms. I started memorizing food labels and teaching myself nutrition at the age of 15 and after many years discovered you can also eat very healthy on a tight budget if you know what you are doing.

3. What was it like having one of your workout videos featured on the Shape Magazine website?

Mike: I was very honored and appreciative that author / writer Charlotte Hilton Andersen decided to include my channel, and the popular six pack abs workout video requiring no equipment, in her excellent article. I've gotten hundreds of comments about how well that workout, and my bicep workout, have worked for them with minimal or no equipment needed. It really helped to get Frugal Fitness and Frugal Fitness TV on the map after I had switched my YouTube channel and videos earlier that year.

M. Pokora: Platinum Blond

French pop singer M. Pokora recently debuted his new shocking platinum blond hair. Personally, I think it suits him. Not only is this newly blond singer extremely hot, he's gay friendly, supports HIV/Aids causes and has appeared on the cover of French gay publication Têtu. For all of you collectors out there, it was the April 2008 issue.

John Quinlan: Ready to Compete

Heartthrob Hero's favourite former professional wrestler is getting ready to step on the stage in Vegas for an NPC Men's Physique contest and as you can see by this recent snap, he's definitely in competition shape. I don't know about you, but I've never seen anyone rock Hilfiger boxers quite like the hunky Mr. Quinlan. Stunning face, rippling muscles and of course, that bulge! There's another shot waiting for you after the jump. Go on, you know you want to!

Lee Ryan

Do you remember the boyband Blue? Or better yet, do you remember Lee Ryan? Blue's resident bad boy was just a teenager when the group formed in 2000, but as you can see he's grown up quite nicely. After a rocky solo career and a brief reunion in 2009, Lee and the Blue boys reformed in 2011 for Eurovision and are working on a new album.

James Magnussen

Inspired by the build up to the 2012 London Olympics, today's post features James "The Missile" Magnussen. The name might not be familiar to you now, but trust me, you'll be hearing a lot more about this sexy Australian swimmer. 21 year old James is the current 100-meter freestyle world champion. Outside of the pool, James models for underwear brand jac5. Nicknamed "The Missile" due to his backend speed and sudden rise, we know we'd definitely die to see his missile.

Sean Faris

Sean Faris is an actor that we don't see nearly enough of. The hunky 30 year old Texan started modelling in his youth and has been working steadily in television and films since 2001. Perhaps best known for starring in the campy 2008 MMA film 'Never Back Down', Sean still hasn't seemed to get his big break. Here's hoping this certified heartthrob lands a project that blasts him off into stardom. Oh and the best part, he participated in the NOH8 Campaign!

Joe Manganiello as Big Dick Richie

Initially, I wasn't sure what to make of Magic Mike. Sure, the idea of a group of hot Hollywood actors playing out a dramatized version of Channing Tatum's brief stint as a stripper did sound kind of intriguing, but knowing that they probably wouldn't be allowed to push the envelope was deflating. Anyone that went to see Magic Mike hoping to get a good look at some Hollywood peen would've been disappointed.

The one guy in the hunky cast that completely stole my attention every time he was on screen was Joe Manganiello. Joe, probably most well known for his role as Alcide on the hit series True Blood, portrays Big Dick Richie, a dancer whose nickname reflects the size of his member. It's no secret that Joe is one of the most hottest actors around today, but I challenge you to watch Magic Mike and not find yourself wishing you had a Big Dick Richie of your very own!
